Precision Eyebrow Pencil

Before and after application, comb the eyebrows with the special brush on the back of the pencil.
Apply the pencil on the eyebrow arch in small strokes, so as to fill in the uneven areas. For greater definition of the eyebrow design, it is recommended to use it in combination with EVAGARDEN Eyebrow Gel Fixer.
